    Terms & Conditions 

    These Terms and Conditions explain how our parking services work and the rules you agree to when you park at any Park & Cruise – Cruise Ship Parking Sydney location.
    By making a booking, entering our premises, or leaving your vehicle in any of our car parks, you accept these Terms in full.

    If you do not agree to these Terms, please exit the car park immediately. If you leave right away, no parking fees will be charged.

    1. Using Our Car Parks

    • By entering, parking, or booking online, by phone, or by email, you accept these Terms.

      Only park in designated parking bays, unless you have been authorised to use a reserved area.

    If you stay or leave your vehicle on the premises, you are deemed to have accepted all conditions of parking.

    2. Parking at Your Own Risk

    All customers enter and use our parking locations entirely at their own risk.

    Park & Cruise, its owners, operators, staff, and contractors are not liable for:

    • Theft

    • Break-ins

    • Vandalism

    • Intentional damage by others

    • Accidental damage caused by others

    • Damage caused by any other vehicle, person, or third party

    You acknowledge and accept these risks when using our parking locations.

    3. Weather-Related Damage

    We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle or property caused by weather events including, but not limited to:

    • Sun / heat exposure

    • Rain

    • Hail

    • Wind

    • Storms

    • Flooding

    • Fire

    • Falling branches or debris caused by weather

    By parking with us, you acknowledge and accept that you park at your own risk and that weather-related damage is not our responsibility.

    4. Condition & Safety of the Car Park

    We take reasonable care to maintain safe facilities; however:

    • You are responsible for the security of your own vehicle and belongings.

    • We do not guarantee protection against loss, theft, or damage.

    Any personal injury, property loss, or vehicle damage occurring on site — whether directly or indirectly — is at your own risk.

    5. Our Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Vehicles

    We may:

    • Refuse entry to any customer or vehicle

    • Cancel or revoke parking access at any time

    • Move or relocate your vehicle if required for operational or safety reasons

    6. Vehicle Size & Requirements

    Standard parking spaces fit a regular-sized car.
    If you have a larger vehicle such as:

    • Motorhome

    • Truck

    • Camper

    • Trailer
      you must inform us before arrival. Additional fees apply.

    7. Your Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Follow all signage and staff instructions

    • Park only where permitted

    • Keep your vehicle insured

    • Pay all parking fees required

    • Indemnify (protect) Park & Cruise from any claims arising from your use of the car park

    You are responsible for any damage caused by your vehicle to our property, equipment, structures, or other vehicles.

    8. Take your Keys with you.

    Once you park your vehicle, you take your keys with you. 

    9. Prepaid

    You must book and pay for your parking spot online prior to reaching either car park locations.

    10. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations or changes must be emailed to: info@parkandcruisesydney.com.au
    All cancellations will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
