Where is the parking located?

127-139  Turrella Street Turrella. (In your GPS just type in 80 Turrella Street Turrella. It is opposite that location.

What are the minimum days I can park my vehicle?

Minimum Stay is 3 day.

How far is Turrella Parking Location from the Cruise Terminals

• White Bay Terminal - 25-30 MTS
• Circular Quay 25-30 MTS

How long prior to my departure should I arrive at the Parking Facility?

With Sydney Traffic, always allow yourself enough time. We always recommend you get to your destination earlier rather than later. Especially with so much covid check-in changes, arrive up to 2 hours prior to your cruise check-in time.

Do you provide parking for scooters, motorbikes, motorhomes or trucks?

Yes. We offer Truck, Motorhome, 4wd campers at generous rates.

Do you provide a Shuttle Bus Service to Circular Quay Cruise Ship Terminal?

Yes, we do however its for more larger sized groups or anyone happy to pay the full bus hire rate.

What is the best way to get to the terminal for smaller groups of 2 or 3?

Best way is via uber or taxi. Depending on the time, it should cost anywhere from $25 to 65 each way. Depending on the size of vehicle as well times you book it. 

What is the maximum number of people that can be shuttled to the terminal?

We have 14, 24, 43, 57-seater buses available for our shuttle service.

Are there vehicle size restrictions?

Each cruise ship parking spot allocation is sized up for a normal standard sized car.
Should you have anything larger than a standard car size, then additional rates will apply for all larger vehicles such as motorhomes, Medium Rigid Trucks or Vehicles with Campers or Trailers.

Vehicles that cannot fit into a normal standard car space, including trucks, motorhomes please contact us to ensure enough space is available for your vehicle.

Safety at the Parking Facility?

Our parking is safe and secure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to booking date. If we have processed your payment a $20 Non refundable Cancellation fee applies. This will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
