What is the minimum stay?

The minimum parking stay is 3 days.

How far is the Turrella Parking Facility from the Cruise Terminals?

• White Bay Cruise Terminal: 15–30 minutes

• Circular Quay Overseas Passenger Terminal: 15–30 minutes
  
  

How early should I arrive before my cruise?

We recommend arriving 2 hours before your cruise check-in to allow for Sydney traffic and terminal procedures.

Do you provide parking for motorhomes, scooters, trucks or motorbikes?

Yes. We can accommodate motorhomes, trucks, 4WD campers, and more. Rates vary depending on size.

Do you offer a shuttle to Circular Quay?

No. We only offer private car transfers and large group transfers.

What is the best option for small groups to get to the terminal?

Uber or taxi is the quickest and most convenient option. Estimated cost: $25–$65 each way depending on traffic and vehicle size. 

Are there vehicle size restrictions?

No strict restrictions, but:

• Standard pricing applies to standard-sized vehicles.

• Additional rates apply to motorhomes, trucks, and oversized vehicles.

• Please contact us if your vehicle exceeds a standard car space.
  
  

Parking Safety & Liability

Our facilities are monitored and secure; however, all vehicles are parked at your own risk. Cruise Ship Parking Sydney is not liable for any damage or loss including:

• Theft or attempted theft

• Vandalism

• Weather damage such as wind, hail, storm, flooding, or fire

• Any event outside of our control

By using our facilities, you agree that we do not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any kind.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking date. If payment has been processed, a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
